The works on the site started on September 2008 and it is due for completion for the end of March 2010, a span of 18 months.
All the materials from the insulation supplies to the terracotta tiles have been carefully selected and blended together by Tuscan master builders, with 3 generations of hands-on experience, to grant high quality finishing with the intact old character of the podere both indoor and outdoor.
The builders are the same that successfully delivered Podere Le Volpaie that ItalianChoice brought to the international market attention in the past few years.
